Multiplan Unveils 57 Ocean On Miami Beach’s Millionaire’s Row

The exclusive, boutique oceanfront condominium will uniquely embrace wellness and a focus on indoor-outdoor living

MIAMI, FL (Oct. 22, 2018) – Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management – led by José Isaac Peres, the internationally recognized Brazilian developer and owner of major residential and commercial real estate holdings — today announced the launch of sales for 57 Ocean, an 18-story, high-end boutique residential building located at 5775 Collins Avenue on “Millionaire’s Row” — one of Miami Beach’s most desirable expanses of real estate. Prices for two, three and four-bedroom residences in 57 Ocean, including two penthouses and two beach houses, will range from $1.5 million to $31 million.
